Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • All orders are delivered to the shipping company (the Peruvian postal company) within 3 working days as long as the order is in stock, in case not all the order is in stock, it will be retained until we complete the order fully and then it will be shipped under one shipment, this process can take approx. 4 weeks. If your order is not fully in stock – you will be noticed about that in the shopping cart and you will have the option to decide whether you want to check out or change the quantities to contain only items that are in stock.
  • We ship using the postal service; you will have the option to choose between EMS – Express Mail Service or by Common postal shipment service. To some destinations the only available service is the common service, so in these cases there is only one shipment option.
  • The charge for the shipping cost is done when checking out, before you are being redirected to a secure environment in order to set up the payment.

    Returns

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us by shipping it back to us, Please take under consideration the following terms and conditions:
  • Buyer pays the shipping back fee
  • Goods must be in good condition in their original packaging material.
  • Goods should be shipped back in the original box carrying the same documents with which it arrived.
  • You must contact us before shipping it back to let us know about this situation and so we give you instructions and our address for shipping back items.
  • You must notice us of your desire to return your order within 7 days counting from the day you have received your purchase.
  • You must ship your order back within 7 days from the day in which you have advised us about this desire.

    Once the goods arrive back to us, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Full refund
  • Exchange with different items
  • Credit your account for use in a future purchase

    *** We preserve the right to use the refund option even if buyer wants to use a different option.
